By downloading, installing, or using the FlowDay mobile application ("FlowDay", "the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
FlowDay is a visual daily planner app designed to help people with attention difficulties (including ADHD) visualize their day and stay focused on their next task. FlowDay is provided "as is" and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
FlowDay is designed to be used by minors under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age required by your country to consent to these Terms on your own, you may only use FlowDay with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The core features of FlowDay do not require an account. Signing in with a Google account is only required to use certain FlowDay Pro features (Google Drive backup and Google Calendar sync). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data accessed through Google sign-in.
FlowDay offers an optional paid subscription ("FlowDay Pro") that unlocks additional features, including a custom alarm sound, automatic Google Drive backup, Google Calendar sync, and read-only schedule sharing. Where offered, a free trial period applies before billing begins; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Pricing varies by country/region and is shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are billed and managed exclusively through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS), and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account settings. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's and Apple's respective refund policies; FlowDay does not process payments or refunds directly and has no access to your payment information.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers; or use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
You retain ownership of the activities, schedules, and other content you enter into FlowDay ("User Content"). FlowDay, its logo, design, and underlying code are the property of FlowDay's developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App or its content without prior written permission. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of FlowDay at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability of the Service, including due to maintenance, technical issues, or discontinuation of the App.
FlowDay is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowDay's developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including missed appointments, reminders, or alarms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using FlowDay at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of FlowDay will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through an in-app notification. Continued use of FlowDay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
